Tools for Airtable Development
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of AirMap (the “Service”), operated by Beam Studios LLC (“Beam Studios”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using AirMap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AirMap is a browser-based tool for Airtable developers. It reads the schema of an Airtable base — its tables, fields, and relationships — and provides tools to visualise that schema as an interactive diagram, browse it as a field list, detect schema issues, run optional AI analysis, and share read-only views. AirMap retrieves your base schema only; it does not read the records (data) stored in your base.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use AirMap. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Some features require an account, which you create by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure, and you agree to provide accurate information.
AirMap runs in your browser. To connect a base, you supply your own Airtable Personal Access Token (PAT) and, for AI analysis, your own Google Gemini API key. These credentials are stored only in your browser’s local storage and are used to call Airtable and Google directly from your browser. They are never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. You are responsible for:
You agree not to:
AirMap offers a free tier (using a demo base) and paid subscriptions that unlock the use of your own base credentials and premium features. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method for the plan you choose (for example, monthly or annually) until you cancel.
We do not store your card details — all payment information is handled by Stripe. We may change our prices from time to time; any change will apply to your next billing period after reasonable notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Payments are non-refundable. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use.
AirMap connects to and relies on third-party services, including Airtable, Google (Gemini), Stripe, and Supabase. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them or for any data you exchange with them.
AirMap is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airtable (Formagrid, Inc.) or Google. “Airtable”, “Google”, and “Gemini” are trademarks of their respective owners.
The Service — including its software, design, and the AirMap name and branding — is owned by Beam Studios LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
You retain all rights to your Airtable schemas, exported schema files, AI prompts, and analysis outputs (“Your Content”). Because processing happens in your browser, Your Content generally never reaches our servers. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for keeping your own backups of any schema files you wish to retain.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that schema visualisations, bug detection, or AI analysis are complete or correct. AI output in particular may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading; it is provided for convenience only and is not professional, legal, or technical advice. Verify it before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beam Studios LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or third-party API costs, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beam Studios LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using AirMap at any time, and you can remove all locally stored data using the purge / clear feature in the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; if a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as updating the “last updated” date above or posting an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
